Check in extremante lento e quarto barulhento.

Quase 1h para fazer check in. Fila imensa e apenas uma funcionária na recepção. De madrugada, os vizinhos de quarto chegaram falando muito alto, ligaram a TV nas alturas. Esperei para ver se melhorava, tive que ligar na recepção, ficaram de ligar para o apto, mas não ligaram.

Pernoite na minha cidade natal.

De uma maneira geral a estadia de um pernoite foi boa. A porta do box não fechava totalmente, e assim molhava até o tapete do banheiro. A torneira da pia,vazava desperdiçando água, de resto gostamos muito da estadia. O café da manhã estava bom também.

Experiência não muito boa.

Foi razoável. As camas e travesseiros não eram confortáveis, as paredes estavam sujas com pernilongos mortos, no quarto só havia uma tomada longe da cama, o banheiro estava com a válvula da descarga vazando, e a arrumação do quarto foi feita enquanto estava no café da manhã, eu acho que deveriam aguardar eu sair do hotel ou colocar o aviso na porta.

Quarto sujo e velho, sem manutenção

O quarto que eles me disponibilizaram era horrível, móveis velhos e quebrados, frigobar todo enferrujado, o banheiro não tinha revestimento em toda a parede e o box era de concreto, sem contar que o quarto estava sujo, portas e janelas quebrados e não tinha direito a xampu e sabonete para o banho devido o quarto ser o de entrada, reclamei com a recepção e a solução deles foi eu pagar a mais por um quarto melhor, infelizmente tive que pagar, nesse quarto que eles consideraram melhor os móveis seguem velhos e quebrados, a diferença é que o banheiro é bom e tem um porta para a área da piscina.

Pessimo

Péssima experiência, primeiro quarto com garrafa de água aberta e pela metade, vaso sanitário todo sujo e cheirando urina. Trocaram meu quarto, o segundo só não tinha a garrafa aberta. O vaso estava ainda mais sujo, chão do banheiro com muito pelo e cabelo. Para finalizar o hotel se nega a fazer nota fiscal, porque a reserva foi feita pelo Hoteis.com

Horrível, nunca fiquem no quarto 710, pia vazando, ar condicionado c problema, fica dando estalo sem parar e você não dorme, janela do banheiro, voltada para área externa, se passar alguém e levantar os pés pode ver você tomando banho, quarto com macha de vazamento embaixo da pia, tinha papel de bala no chão quando entramos no quarto, marca de pés na colcha. Café da manhã é bom.

Péssima experiência.

Atendimento ruim, má vontade da recepcionista, agua muito quente no chuveiro, pois a fria abria com pouco volume. Se quisesse pegar um secador por volta das 22h, já que não tem no quarto, não pode devolver de manhãzinha. Peguei um ferro de passar e perguntei se poderia mandar pelo funcionário que levaria o jantar no quarto: não pode. Vc tem que levar pessoalmente se quiser. Nunca vi isso. Ao invés de facilitar, só dificultam. Quarto cheirando mofo, travesseiros horríveis, poucas tomadas no quarto, enfim…. A sensação que tive é que eles estão fazendo um “favor” em te receber. Resumindo: hotel sem foco nenhum no cliente.

O custo benefício é bom. No meu caso ficamos apenas 1 noite pois o nosso destino seria um pouco mais adiante. O café da manhã foi muito bom. Sobre o Hotel, achei que algumas situações visuais poderiam ser evitadas como colocar colchões fora dos quartos a vista dos hospedes não foi legal. Ademais, o hotel é bom.
