The hotel is very well kept and clean. They also offer great breakfast buffet. Hotel maids are very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that in order to get in and out of the breakfast area and in and out of the hotel, there is a need for the room key. Unfortunately this was not explained during the check in. It was a little inconvenience the first time we went down for breakfast but after understanding how it worked we did not have any issues. I would stay here again.

A practical hotel at a very good price

A very modern and nice hotel iwth great breakfast and even better breakfast hours: til 10.30 weekdays and 12.00 weekends. A little complicated with the key card one need to be able to enter the hotel and the breakfast area, but one gets used to it. As in most places in Brazil it is poorly insulated so the street noise and people talking in the corridors might be disturbing but no probs for us.

Fiquei decepcionada com o banheiro que mal dava para fechar a porta sem ter que subir no vaso sanitário. Cama e travesseiros não eram confortáveis e o pior de tudo é que dá para ouvir TUDO o que os outros casais fazem no quarto ao lado. Já me hospedei anteriormente no hotel, e a experiência tinha sido agradável, dessa vez, não foi.

O hotel é boa, boa localização de fácil acesso e perto de muitos restaurantes e bons lugares, mas creio que por ser uma área de avenidas, muito movimentada, a janela do quarto não abre e no banheiro também não há janela. O que me incomodou é que então o quarto fica bem fechado e tinha um cheiro de mofo. Apesar de eu não ter visto mofo nas paredes e até ter um "potinho" daqueles que servem para 'neutralizar' esse cheiro, ele ainda era bem perceptível e até senti em algumas roupas quando cheguei em casa. Tinha um barulinho chato também do frigobar. Fora isso café da manhã muito bom, chuveiro bom, cama boa.
