Rooms requires refurbishment. It seems like all the furniture are from the 80s or older. All is clean tho. Breakfast is good with lots of choice and delicious options. Breakfast restaurant meets 4 star hotel standards.

Para as pessoas que vão fazer provas, concursos ou vestibulares eu não indico. Todos os quartos tem ar condicionado modelo antigo de tubo e o barulho é muito alto, parecia que tinha um caminhão estacionado ligado dentro do quarto. Fui trocada de quarto e o problema persistiu. Como eu precisava muito descansar, insisti para a recepcionista Beatriz para saber se tinha como me acomodar em um quarto silencioso, fiquei em um quarto do lado das escadas, pequeno, e com uma cama muito mole. Sinceramente, a experiência foi terrível, mas, o atendimento dos funcionários foi muito bom, muito educados e prestativos. Café da manhã muito bom.

Minha estadia no DelPlaza foi muito boa. O hotel é confortável, bem estruturado e com uma equipe atenciosa, sempre pronta para ajudar. O quarto estava limpo, organizado e atendeu totalmente minhas expectativas. O café da manhã também merece destaque pela variedade e qualidade. O único ponto que poderia ter sido melhor foi no primeiro dia, quando apenas um elevador estava funcionando, o que gerou um pouco de espera. Porém, o problema foi resolvido e não comprometeu a experiência geral. No mais, fiquei muito satisfeito com a hospedagem e voltaria sem dúvidas.

O hotel possui uma estrutura mais antiga, porém tudo estava funcionando adequadamente. O principal ponto negativo é o carpete do apartamento 1505, que está bastante envelhecido e aparenta sujeira. A presença de uma banheira antiga também reforça a percepção de que a estrutura do hotel já está datada. Por outro lado, a rouparia e os travesseiros estavam limpos. A localização não é das melhores, pois a rua é bastante barulhenta — mesmo no 15º andar, o ruído ainda incomoda. Em compensação, todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e solícitos. No geral, o hotel atendeu às expectativas.
