「A very spacious hotel with huge lobby and cafe shop. Swimming pool is big enough and staff are friendly and helpful. Central location with many nice eateries nearby」

「Generally a decent hotel with great facilities and room size. Could have put more emphasis on small details like choice of light switches (looks white and very plain, not matching the vibe). One thing to note that if you book room on the victory annexe, you’re not able to use facilities (swimming pool and breakfast) at the heritage wing. But you got your own pool and breakfast location at Victory Annexe. Overall it’s still a great option at Penang!」

「Stayed there 4 days for business, picked this hotel as the location is convenient to visit several hospitals. The room was not cleaned properly when I checked in, women hairs were found here and there. I phoned the front desk, they sent a staff holding broom and dustpan and asked me where the dirt was. 「Highly recommend to stay」

「Good experience overall. Close to attractions.」

「Location is excellent, Friendly staffs and helpful, so I continue to stay as the room is suitable for me. Hopefully, they will give me more discount. Washroom is small for big size customer.」
