A cozy and spacious room. Feels like in our own home not in a hotel room. Hotel Property looks new and the design and its concept are great and beautiful. Shall book this hotel back again in the future.

Sound proofing of room not very good, can hear sound of firecrackers and traffics at night during week of Deepavali. Room is clean and spacious, there is also water dispenser on every floor. Lots of dinning and grocery options available nearby.

Concierge service was good, very friendly and helpful. Suite was big and nice to stay in. Would be better if rooms were more soundproof as it can be pretty noisy from cars and even neighbours. Gym was pretty disappointing so don’t expect to use the gym. Other than that, was okay~

Room was cheap but parking card didn’t work - took a while ti sort. Wifi did not work; no water in room & no cooking utensils despite advertising a kitchen. Spots of what seemed tk be dried blood on sheet which I only spotted in the morning as I collapsed into bed without checking.

Stayed there 4 days for business, picked this hotel as the location is convenient to visit several hospitals. The room was not cleaned properly when I checked in, women hairs were found here and there. I phoned the front desk, they sent a staff holding broom and dustpan and asked me where the dirt was. I was speechless and requested him to vacuum the room. There were stains on coffee mugs. The light in shower was too dim, they changed the light bulb only the third day of my stay. My room was facing the main road, the room not sound proof that I heard the noise of vehicles over the night. Will not stay here again.
