“Amazing! Very well maintained heritage building. Extremely friendly and helpful staff Uma!
They use a pulley to pull luggage to upper floor - fun to watch and practically useful.
Complimentary breakfast was tasty. The lunch and drinks at the cafe were also tasty and clean, we enjoyed a lot when hiding from the hot sunshine at noon time.
Side note: stairs are steep due to traditional design, maybe challenging for elderly. Expect to take off shoes before going upstairs to room. Not a concern for……

“Staff are helpful and friendly and close to the attraction. Lots of restaurant is nearby.
Something can be improved, the WIFI some sometimes is not working when in the room and no USB plugin on the bedside.
The experience is excellent and the breakfast at the restaurant is delicious
