「Generally a decent hotel with great facilities and room size. Could have put more emphasis on small details like choice of light switches (looks white and very plain, not matching the vibe).
One thing to note that if you book room on the victory annexe, you’re not able to use facilities (swimming pool and breakfast) at the heritage wing. But you got your own pool and breakfast location at Victory Annexe.
Overall it’s still a great option at Penang!」

「we're reserved 3 rooms totally from Jun 30 to Jul 5, there wasn't clean up in noontime when we went back to the hotel, luckily there was only one room on 1st floor without cleaning.
Of course, we then raised out to the Frontier.」

Staff are helpful and friendly and close to the attraction. Lots of restaurant is nearby.
Something can be improved, the WIFI some sometimes is not working when in the room and no USB plugin on the bedside.
The experience is excellent and the breakfast at the restaurant is delicious
