"The hotel is a bit dated. Would be a great 5 star resort hotel 10 years ago. The facilities and amenities in the hotel are old and wore down. We still had a great stay, but we were expected a bit more modern hotel setup from this famous brand."

"Generally a decent hotel with great facilities and room size. Could have put more emphasis on small details like choice of light switches (looks white and very plain, not matching the vibe). One thing to note that if you book room on the victory annexe, you’re not able to use facilities (swimming pool and breakfast) at the heritage wing. But you got your own pool and breakfast location at Victory Annexe. Overall it’s still a great option at Penang!"
