「I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! 「The location in old town was excellent as was the amazing sea view. The staff was lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, the bed had a top sheet and no blanket/duvet. There were comforters in a closet but we had no idea if they were previously used so did not use them. The towels were subpar and had a few holes in them. Our air conditioning never really kicked in and it was hot. For location, staff and view I would stay there. Know that other things in the room are not 4 stars.」

「Great location. Right by beach and in quieter central location surrounded by shops and restaurants but far away from noisy bars to be comfortable. Checkin was a unconventional Got into accommodation and found friendly but confused cleaner who took me to ALE shop under to check in. Bed comfy and good simple shower but otherwise fairly basic. Coffee machine in kitchen did not seem to work. Interesting use of chipboard in hotel fittings」

「2 out of 4 rooms we booked had issues. Breakfast was good. No space reserved for the hotel at the beach. Gym opens at 10AM and close at 8PM. We add ants and cockcruch in the rooms.」
