Great place for the family

Our stay was very good, my family enjoyed the stay and the kids had a great time. Staff was very friendly and if we needed something it was given in a matter of minutes. Big yard for the kids, pool patio bbq. Breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed our stay and I recommend this place to a family traveling with kids. Thank you

Yeni açilmis bir tesis , tum esyalar yeni ve tertemiz. Bahcesi ve mutfagi eksiksiz, barbeku mutfak esyalari mevcut. Ilgi ve alaka ust duzey. Acik bufe kahvaltisi cok lezzetli ve yeterli. It is a new facility and all furnitures are new and in good condition. Property has a wonderful garden with pool and barbeque. Kitchen tools are in good condition. Open buffet breakfast was faboulus.

Could have been better!! It was an expensive stay for what we got. The first day when we checked in there was no electricity and we were told that it won’t come another few hours. At night it went off again, luckily kids were sleeping and I don’t even know when it came back. Apparently they always have electricity problem so I think they really need to get a generator. The pool was cold and we wanted it to be heated which they said it could be only warm (not hot) in 3 hours so we didn’t wait and decided to see places in Sapanca. Buffet breakfast and the house was nice but there were things that could be improved such as renewing the sponge and cloths in the kitchen.

Herşey çok güzeldi. Ancak ev çok yıpranmış rutubet almıştı perdeler kırık ve ev çok kötü kokuyordu. Çarşaflar temiz ev temiz kahvaltı güzeldi. Sıcak havuz en güzeli. Bahçesi de göl kıyısında manzaralı ve güzeldi.

Kaldığımız villa gayet temiz ve konforluydu,yerden ısıtmalı olması da başka güzel bir detaydı. Sıcak havuzun büyüklüğü ve temizliği de yeterliydi. Kahvaltısı gayet başarılıydı ve çeşit yönünden çok yeterliydi çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Gayet memnun kaldık tavsiye ederiz.

Daha önce de Sapanca’da göl yakınında konaklama deneyimim olmuştu. Burayı pek beğenmedim. Pozitif olanlar Sessiz doğa içinde olması tercihimdi. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Negatif oturma odasında klimanın çalışmıyordu. Buzdolabının kapağı menteşeden atmıştı sürekli elimle kaldırıp kapadım ve havuzun temizliği iyi değildi. Havuzuİlk gün kullanamadık. İkinci gün şelaleyi açtılar biraz alttan biraz temizlendi fakat üst emiş çalışılmıyordu. Üzerinde börtü böcek polen hak getire.

Sakin ve temiz bir haftasonu kaçamağı için tavsiye

Asma katlı Deluxe oda tercih ettik. Odamızda banyo nevresim çarşaf havlular tertemizdi. Havuz hergün temizlendi ve sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi hatta biz ısısını düşürdük çocuklu bir aile olarak havuz konusunda ve oda sıcaklığından gayet memnun kaldık odalar yerden ısıtmalıydı. Kahvaltısı açık büfe herşey sıcak ve tazeydi özellikle kahvaltısını çok sevdik. Biz evcil kedimizi getirdik hayvan dostu olması tercih sebebimiz oldu. Bazı yorumlarda böcek problemi yazıyordu ancak biz neredeyse hiç görmedik sanırım mevsimsel olarak değişiyor. Eşimin böcek korkusu olmasına rağmen çok rahat konaklama yaptık. Genel olarak sakin huzurlu bir ortamda haftasonu geçirmek için tercih edilebilir güzel bir tesisti. Özellikle havuz bakımı konusunda açıklayıcı ve yardımcı olan Ömer Beye ve tüm personele çok teşekkür ederim. İlgili ve güleryüzlü personel her konuda yardımcı oldular.

Harika Konaklama

1 günlük konaklama yaptım mükemmel bir deneyimdi. 7/24 Sıcak havuzundan tutun da mükemmel serpme kahvaltısına kadar hersey çok iyiydi. Resepsiyon personelin güler yüzlü yardımsever davranışları çok güzeldi. Kaldığım süre boyunca herhangi olumsuz durumla karşılaşmadım tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer kesinlikle gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz. Sıcacık ortamda mangalınızı yapıp sıcak havuzda sessiz sakin bir ortamda vakit geçirebilirsiniz. Vital Göl ailesine bu güzel imkanları sunduğu için çok teşekkürler. Sorun olarak sadece şunu diyebilirim ki otele giderken yollar aşırı bozuk. Dikkatli gidilmesi gerekiyor onun haricinde hersey mükemmeldi

Tesis yeni bir tesis ancak tesise gidiş yolu çok kötü bozuktu, araç sürekli çukurlara gire çıka zor bela vardık. Genel olarak temizlik kötüydü. Gece saat 4.30 da tüm tesisin elektrikler kesildi saat sabah 10.00’ a kadar kesinti vardı ve sorumlu kimse yoktu. 10 civarı bize şöminede yakmak için odun verdiler ücretsiz olarak bir özür mahiyetinde. İkinci gün tekrar elektrik kesildi ancak bu sefer sadece bizim konakladığımız evde kesinti oldu. İlk günkü gibi değildi, ulaşabileceğimiz sıkıntımıza çare bulabilecek bir sorumlu vardı bu sefer sorunu hallettiler. Kahvaltısı iyiydi. Sonuç olarak böyle tesislerde jeneratör olmalı temizliğe önem verilmeli. Tekrar gider miyim zannetmiyorum.
