Very good hostel in the best location of Sapporo. Very organised structured and easy to stay experience. Very clean and tidy.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The capsule was large enough to sit up in if you're 5'7 or less. It was clean, sheets & towels were provided. The beds were hard and the showers would intermittently go ice cold. Not ok when you are in the middle of your shower & all covered with soap. There needs to be a way to deal with inconsiderate guests. There were several extra noisy guests, but no-one to handle them. It's probably ok when compared to other hostels, but it didn't work well for us.

Hostel weas quite and was In a great location in Sapporo to easily get to Mt. Moiwa as well as Hokkaido University.

Very central place. Quite minimalistic compared to other cabin hotels in japan. Toilets and sinks are at the same floor as the beds, therefore it can be quite noisy at peak times. Enough storage space. Some staff could not speak english, but was able to communicate via Smartphone translator. Overall good place to stay.

Helio Hostel, perched above a charming coffee shop, is a dream come true for travelers 🧳🌨️. Nestled in the heart of the city, it’s surrounded by shopping 🛍️, delightful food options 🍜, lively music 🎶, and entertainment, all within a stone’s throw from a serene park and convenient public transport 🚆🌳. The ease of hopping on and off the train was a huge plus 🚂👍, especially for exploring this beautiful area. Strolling through a nearby mall, I was amazed by the array of local treats - from sweet delicacies to cheese and milk products 🍰🧀 - a true feast for the senses! The hostel itself is a gem 💎🛌. Spacious and well-equipped, it boasts an incredible staff - who even guided me to a local restaurant for some authentic culinary delights 🍣🚶‍♀️. The jazz music playing for two nights straight was soul-stirring and heartwarming 🎷🎵, adding to the already vibrant atmosphere of this treasure trove. For those concerned about public transportation, fear not! 🚎👜 There are several options to reach the hostel with luggage. While I initially opted for luggage delivery, I ended up taking my luggage with me due to the snowy weather ❄️🧳. Discovering an airport limousine bus stop just around the corner was a lifesaver 🚌✨. 不是未來科技感的膠囊，所以空間感覺比較大一些，女性樓層還可以直接走樓梯下去空用空間。 也有冰箱可以冰食物、烤箱微博爐跟小廚房可使用，也有提供冷水，要換毛巾再去一樓櫃檯領取，不提供牙刷牙膏跟拖鞋需購買。 附近也有便利商店跟居酒屋，離其中一個車站入口也算近很方便、推薦！

立地は最高でした。地下鉄からもすぐで慣れない雪道を歩かずに済みました。一階はカフェになっていてそこでチェックインするが、宿泊には一度外に出て道に面したエレベーターに乗らないといけず、雪が吹雪いてエレベーター内に入ってきたり、水が拭いていないとエレベーター内が滑りやすくなっていたのが難点。雪の時期じゃ無ければ問題ないと思う。

出張で利用させていただいたのですが、1階のラウンジは居心地が良くて仕事も捗りました。 また、チェックアウトの際、その日のフライトで帰ることを話すと、暴風雪でJRが運休していることを教えてくださり、親切に公共交通機関の運行状況なども調べてくださいました。 朝から仕事がバタバタしていた日だったので本当に助かりました！ありがとうございました。

Good Hostel!

일본 호스텔은 처음이었는데 전체적으로 조용하고 좋았습니다. 위치가 스스키노와 삿포로 역 사이에 위치하고 있어서 삿포로 계탑, 스스키노 등의 접근성이 매우 좋습니다. 시설도 오픈한지 얼마 안된듯 매우 깨끗하고 관리가 잘됩니다. 침대 옆 사이드에 머리카락 등의 청결 관련 조금 아쉬운 점이 있었지만 커버 등을 제공해주기에 그다지 신경쓰이는 부분은 아니었습니다. 직원들도 일본답게 매우 친절했고, 다음에 또 삿포로에 온다면 방문할거같습니다.
