Booked ‘non smoking‘ room in APP, showed ‘room details’ in Hotel.com APP and email sent by Hotel.com to hotel staff during checkin. A female Hotel Staff still insisted hotel received a booking request of ‘smoking room’ request from Expedia ! Staff has no intention to escalate the problem. When I Asked hotel staff to arrange a roaming call to Hotel. Com. , another staff told her to provide a non smoking room to us to settle the issue. Very disappointing service !!
