舒服整潔
房子很大，設備齊全，地點近二条市場。剛巧不幸遇上地震，房東大方給我們多住兩天，使我們不會徬徨找房子！很讚！

位置有點偏，有開車比較方便！ 但不滿意的是，客廳有冷氣空調，房內卻沒有冷氣空調，只有暖氣設備，雖然非夏季是可以的，但夏季的7～8月還是蠻熱的，沒空調房間內很悶！

合一班可互就的好友同住，雖近酒廠可惜開業1000一1700，是次無緣參觀
因誤會以為每房都有私人廁所才訂，幸入住期間大家無出現急切爭用情況，大門的按制難控制，幸我層只花一兩分鐘，地下遇到的上層兩班的旅客，稱等負責人開門花上2及4小時 房與房間隔音差

3世代で泊まりました。
80代の両親と20代の娘と3世代5名で泊まりました。それぞれ遠くで暮らしていてなかなか会えないので、みんなで一緒に過ごす事が出来て本当に良かったです！ ダイニングテーブルでお茶を飲みながら、いろいろお話しが出来るし、落ち着いた雰囲気でくつろげました。 大満足でした！

これまで宿泊した施設の中で最悪。本当に気分の悪い旅になった。布団の数が足りなかったため、ホテル窓口に何度も何度も電話やメールをしたが誰も出ない。挙句、エクスペディアに連絡したらホテルを変更する羽目になったが、次のホテルへ移ったら追加費用を請求された。その後、エクスペディアに１時間以上電話をかけ続けても出てもらえず終了。このホテルもエクスペディアも二度と使いたくない。

大人数での旅行には最適
ママ友3家族で滞在しましたが、広くて綺麗で母も子どもたちもとても満足でした。 チェックイン時に寝室の一部屋が電球切れていましたが、電話したらすぐに対応していただいたりとスタッフ無人の施設でも不便は無かったです。 アメニティも十分でしたし、近くにコンビニもあるので足りないものはすぐに買いにいけました。 到着時は少し寂しい場所かと思いましたが、すすきのまで徒歩で15分ほどで行けたので立地もそう悪くないと思います。

Comfortable stay
Very new & rooms are spacious. After laying the 2 futon beds, we have space to open fully our 2 big luggage. U can do simple cooking in the kitchen.

家族で5人で宿泊しましたが、各居室、リビングダイニングも広く、とても快適に宿泊できました。また、キッチン、洗濯機などの設備もあるのでとても便利です。 二条市場も近く、朝食に歩いて5分程で市場まで行けたり、すすきのや狸小路までも歩いて 5～15分程度で行けましたので、立地もそれほど悪くはないと思います。 また、次回もここを利用したいと思いました。

Good apartment for big family
Alrhough we confirmed the numbet of guests well in advance, the apartment was not prepared accordingly. We confirmed for 7 pax but futons, towels, pillows, blankets available were only for 5. Our request were only attended to 2 days later. The kitchen utensils and cooking items are not adequate. There were only one frying pan and one small pot. Only 3 plates and only one set of fork and spoon. They turned down of request for additional plates etc. We also had problems at the immigration at the airport because they do not recognise the address given to us by Glowl and published by Expedia. They kept insisting to be given the name of the owner of our apartment unit. Taxi drivers also did not recognise the address and we had to use our waze to guide them.

How comfortable This hotel is !!
It's awesome! I’ve never seen such a super hotel. I really like it. Room of Japanese style taste is very cute. There was green tea, tea and coffee, it was very comfortable and it was able to be relaxed slowly. The uniform of the staff was cute with Japanese style items. I asked for pictures in commemoration, but they accepted it willingly. They worked smoothly and they were very kind :-P Thanks GLOWL!

Wonderful hotel to feel Japanese
The staff wasn't fluent in English, but I was happy that they responded with a smile. They were very kind and I felt that Japanese hospitality was wonderful. The room was spacious and very comfortable.Especially,I really like the Japanese style room. This hotel has a lovely charm than price. I’d like to come again!!

札幌市内で珍しいコンドミニアム型の宿泊施設
一見マンションのようなホテルだったのでなかなか到達できなかったのですが、一回行ってしまえば観光名所に徒歩圏内で行ける利便性に感心しました。 内装は和の雰囲気、オープンしたばかりということでもちろん清潔感はあったのですが清掃も行き届いています。また設備備品ともに充実しています！（どこに何があるのかわからなくて捜索してしまう場面もありましたが、、、） 本当に家にいる気分になれてとても快適に過ごすことができました！ 今回は2名で宿泊したのですが次回札幌に来る際はもっと大人数で宿泊させていただきたいと思います。ぜひリピートしたいです！
