Alrhough we confirmed the numbet of guests well in advance, the apartment was not prepared accordingly. We confirmed for 7 pax but futons, towels, pillows, blankets available were only for 5. Our request were only attended to 2 days later. The kitchen utensils and cooking items are not adequate. There were only one frying pan and one small pot. Only 3 plates and only one set of fork and spoon. They turned down of request for additional plates etc. We also had problems at the immigration at the airport because they do not recognise the address given to us by Glowl and published by Expedia. They kept insisting to be given the name of the owner of our apartment unit. Taxi drivers also did not recognise the address and we had to use our waze to guide them.
