Unique Boutique Hotel

Location just 400m walking distance from Tozai Line, Nishi Juichome station which is 1 station away from Odori Station. We are family of 5, sharing 1 room consist of 9 ppls beds, so it's big for us. Room is clean, very unique room with high ceiling, 1 shower room and 2 toilets. There are lawson and 7-11 nearby, MOS burger also just opposite the hotel. We like the hotel very much, will go back if have chance in future.

Excellent! Huge room, clean and with everything that was needed for a 5 night stay. Really convenient parking behind the building (limited spaces so pre-booking is essential). Would definitely stay again.

北海道マラソンに参加するために大人2人、子ども1人で泊まりました。ベッドがあるので、3人ではもったいなかったな。次は大勢で泊まりたいです。トイレも2つあるし、使いやすい台所で食器も充分揃っています。スタート地点に近いので、7時30分にホテルを出ても間に合いました。

Best place to stay in Sapporo for families

The Villa Koshido Odori was honestly one of the best hotels that I've been in while in Japan. This was our first time to Sapporo and I'm so glad we chose this hotel. It's a 7 minute walk to a the Tozai Line train station. There were 6 of us in our group and we stayed for 4 nights. The room did not disappoint, it was huge! It had 2 toilets, 2 sinks, 2 showers (one is a tub combo), mini kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. As for beds (sorry no pictures of the beds) there were 4 bunk beds with 4 single beds and 6 double beds, and they were comfortable! There were also 2 split air conditioners for our comfort. It was so comfortable, it was ridiculous! I can't recommend The Villa Koshido Odori enough and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip back to Sapporo.

とても良かったです。ただ洗面が無いのでキッチンで顔を洗うのと歯磨きするのでスペースがせまいかな。上の部屋の音がよく聞こえて１日目はつらかったです。私達のお部屋は二段ベッドだったから余計かもしれません。お風呂にはつかれません。シャワーのみです。

Big apartment with full facilities - clean and modern design. However, need to insert coins to do laundry in the apartment. And the remote control in apartment cannot change language in the TV apps like YouTube etc - technical issue of the TV.

5階のHelsinki-Scadinavian Modernに一族大人子ども合計14名で宿泊しました。 バスタブ付のお風呂とシャワーのみがあり、人数が多いので二手に分かれて入れたのは良かったです！ ベッドサイドに小さなスポットライトとコンセント、USBの差し込みがあり、人数分の携帯の充電に事足りました。 冷蔵庫・冷凍庫も十分な大きさで、お皿やコップ、カトラリーも充実していました。 タオルはバスタオル・フェイスタオルが準備してありますが、足りなくなったらフロント前に常備してある分からピックアップできます。歯ブラシ、ヘアブラシ、カミソリも同様。 洗面台が2つ並んで設置されているので、朝の混み合う支度もスムーズでした。ドライヤーも2台ありました。 レンタカー2台で行ったのですが、裏手の100円パーキングが荷物が多い時は助かりました。徒歩3~4分位のところにも最大料金1000円〜停めれるパーキングがあります！ とにかく快適に過ごせました！ また機会がありましたら、是非利用させていただきます！

넓고 깨끗한 시설, 좋은 어메니티, 조용하고 안락함. 좋은 침구때문인지 3박 딥슬립. 코인세탁기가 있어 땀에 젖은 옷가지들 세탁 가능. 전기포트와 전자렌지, 냉장고, 작은 싱크대가 있어 간단한 취사가 가능한 것 같음. 욕실, 건식 화장실 두 칸, 세면대도 두 개여서 인수가 있어도 안심. 타올,가운,칫솔,치약,샴푸,린스,바디솝,클렌징오일,클렌징폼등이 갖춰져있어 잔짐 쌀 필요없음. 드라이, 대형TV, 침대마다 충전소켓이 있어 편리. 1층 프론트 직원분들 기본 친절. 비오면 우산빌릴수 있음. 신치토세역에서 공항리무진타고 삿포로 뷰호텔 오도리공원 역에서 내려 직진 도보5분이 젤 편한경로임. 오도리공원에서 맥주축제하고 있어서 다니기 편했음. 근처에 세븐일레븐, 로손, 홋토못토, 모스버거 있음. 스스키노, 삿포로역에 지하철로 가려면 한 번 갈아타야하는 위치이지만 어렵거나 멀지않음. 셋이서 쾌적하게 지내다 퇴실. 완전 만족. 강추임.
