“We love Westin’s. However, during our stay which was supposed to include daily housekeeping, that did not occur. We stayed for 6 days and a few of those days, had to ask to have our room cleaned. This is part of what customers pay for and was disappointing to have to seek it out on our own.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The problem we had was that the resort had 7 buildings and one pool. So unless you got there early you were forced to go to the beach. Also the lounge chairs at the pool were on top of each other with other people right next to you so there was no privacy. The lounge chairs on the beach were also very close to each other. This was a get away vacation for my wife and I and didn't appreciate spending it next to other quests.”

“The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The decoration is beautiful and chic. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always willing to help. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel soon.”

“酒店位置很好，离沙滩很近，穿上拖鞋，走不了多远就到了。沙质记得还不错，就是有些水草，不是太多，沙滩上有冲上来的水草没清理。 酒店是一个2层的小楼，周边很安静，门口是一个停车的小院子，是一个居住房改造的小酒店。 工作人员下午3点就走了，入住信息会放在2楼的信箱里。 第一回碰上这样的入住，我开始有点蒙，就问已经住进来的韩国人，他也没说清楚，但给了我一个联系电话，打电话的时候，终于发现二楼的提示牌子，在信箱里找到写着我名字的信封，里面有开锁密码等入住信息，就这样就算check in了。 房间小，干净，问题是我房间和隔壁房间中间有一道门，隔音很差。”

“Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.”

“We had a wonderful room. Clean and ready when we checked in. But there were only 2 working elevators and there was always an Incredibly long wait like up to 10 minutes. Additionally the dinner service at the restaurant was extremely understaffed. But overall we were very happy.”

“The room we had was great for us. It had everything we needed, and it was clean and the air condition worked well. We had a cold room every night. After our sheets were changed the first day there was a puke smell on our next set of sheets. We said something to the cleaning lady the next morning she came in and she changed them and she was very nice about everything. Also, we had a one bedroom and I am a small person and I had a hard time getting in between the sink and the shower to sit on the……
