“We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was about 7 minutes away from the closest beach and conveniently located close to grocery stores. The pool was well maintained and clean. The home was clean and comfortable. I read previous reviews about stinky water and AC issues, but we didn’t experience any of that. I would stay here again. ”

Nick was quick to respond to questions and made check in super easy for us to check in. This home was close to dog park and beaches. The grandkids loved searching for shark teeth at the beach. “Property was very dated. Noisy street location for the guest bedroom; master was fine. Property is located in a good condo complex. Private beach not crowded at all. Set in a very lush tropical garden. Not what we expected but adequate for our visit. If the new owner is going to continue to rent he needs to perform some major renovations/updates.”
