1,365 sqft (about 1650 sqft counting enclosed lanai area) condo (minimum 1 month).
KIng in Master Bed, 2-twin in guest room, sleeper sofa (queen) in living room, sleeps 6.
Master bedroom, kitchen, lanai (casual dining area) have spectacular direct ocean view (gulf of Mexico) and the sunset.
New interior (remodeled 2013), new kitchen, new master bath, new bamboo floor, new wall and ceiling, new furniture. (nearly all new).

Indoor parking (1 car), extra parking outdoor,
Unit on 2nd floor above the office/club, which offers tons of amenities.

Tortuga is not a typical rental property. All units are family owned, only a small portion of the homes are available for rental. Small number of regular renters usually come year after year. During off peak season (May - December, minus the holidays), the place is very quiet. Your family may enjoy the pool, sauna, club, backyard, barbecue, and the beach almost as your own.

Amazing Condo with Views of the Gulf and Sunset!

Since retiring, we have been to several VRBOs in Florida but this was one was by far the best one yet. It is spacious and comfortably furnished. The beds are comfortable, there were plenty of towels for home and beach. We eat at home for most meals and the kitchen is very well appointed. Although there is a beautiful formal dining room, we ate all of our meals at the lovely dining area in the lani so we could enjoy the view of the Gulf. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo and would very much like to return!

We loved it! Quiet, peaceful family friendly. Garage was great to have. Pool did get shade, but we went to the beach when that happened!

Beautiful 2nd floor condo. Very spacious, comfortable and had everything you needed. Well stocked kitchen with nice pots pans. Location was on the quiet end of Siesta Key which made for easy access with a parking garage. Turtle Beach was great for shelling. Would love to stay there again in the future.

There is a lot to like about this property. It is very spacious and has everything you need including beach chairs and bicycles. Not sure what they were thinking in positioning the pool. It is half under the building. This wouldn't be a problem but it seems the last two buildings shadow the outside portion. Unfortunate but necessary maintenance was very noisy throughout visit, taking place outside 8 am monday through Friday. On a positive note the condo is near the end of the quiet partion of Diesta Key. Lovely walk every day! Free trolley to village was perfect! Lots of stores, pubs, etc..

It's a great little hideaway getaway

The place is very spacious & has everything you could need or want. We enjoyed our stay we were able to go fishing, play tennis & enjoy the beach all at one place. It was a very nice vacation unfortunately it was interrupted with red tide for 3 of the 4 weeks we reserved.
