You are approx. 5 mile to world renowned white sand beaches including Siesta Key Beach and Lido Key Beach. Several restaurants and shopping are less than a half mile. The house has a beautiful FULLY FENCED private backyard with heated pool, a hot tub which is surrounded by lush palm trees. The serene back yard is perfect for lounging all day and cooking dinner on the gas grill or walking to dinner. Kitchen is nicely stocked.

Only 6 miles to the SIESTA KEY BEACH and 5 miles to LIDO KEY BEACH. Both beaches have large public parking lots and a concessions stand with good hot food and frozen drinks. Siesta Beach's sand is 99% quartz l which makes it white and powder soft. Siesta Key also has two lively areas for dining. The Siesta Key village has restaurants and a couple stores. Another area by the South bridge has several restaurants.
Grab your FISHING pole and head to the water, just 1.3 miles to the Siesta Dr - north bridge for fishing.
DOWNTOWN is 2 1/2 miles away with restaurants, arts, shopping, Whole Foods and farmers market. Downtown has too many restaurants to name such as: Marina Jack’s, O’Leary Tiki Bar and grill, Owen’s Fish Camp, Mediterraneo. You can also take sightseeing boat cruises.
LIDO KEY is just a couple miles from downtown. It is an exciting spot with lots to do including kayaking/stand up paddle boarding in the mangroves, hang out at Lido beach or stroll around the restaurants and stores of St Armands Circle.
The house is less than 1 1/2 mile, and you’ll be at several restaurants (Rick’s French Bistro, Baker & Wife, Rendez-Vous bakery, Vino Vino, Fleming’s, Connor’s Steak and Seafood), Aldi, Crossings at Siesta Key mall w Macys and a Cinebistro dinner movie theater.

POOL & BACKYARD SAFETY: The private pool in the backyard is NOT GATED (the backyard is fenced all around). Children should be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES in the backyard around the pool, hot tub and grill .All guests as well as any guardians of minors staying at the property take full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of minors, and release the owners/hosts of the property from any personal injury that could occur during their stay.
NO GLASSWARE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA. For your own safety and the safety of the next guests, please use the plastic glasses and plates provided. Broken glass inside the pool or in the pool area will incur an additional cleaning fee.
