Sarasota trip

Great getaway for adults. The pool is large, but the yard is covered in seashells not grass, so not sure about coming with kids would work out

Clean quiet house

The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Bob was quick to respond with assisting us on how to switch the pool and hot tub heater on and off. House was lovely we had a great stay.

Thanksgiving week

I believe we were the 1st to be in the house after the remodel. We had a few hiccups but they helped us right away. Also helped us with a great restaurant for our son's birthday dinner

Great location and stay

Everything was as described in the listing. The property is so close to amazing beaches and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Anytime we had a question or concern, the property managers were incredibly responsive and even showed up in person when we asked them to take a look at something. Overall, we would stay here again and really enjoyed our stay.

Great Place for our family to stay

Just a month after a major hurricane, this place was in great shape. For a family vacation that included a baby and a toddler, the separate spaces (house and connected efficiency with King) were fantastic. Well equipped kitchen, and general amenities. Minor issue with us getting the pool heater right, it may have been user error ;-). Location was great for us and we will definitely rent again if our whole crew of 7 returns.

Comfortable stay in great location!

We had a great time at this rental. It’s a perfect location, close to Siesta, Lido beach, and grocery stores. We asked the host if he had a beach umbrella and he brought it without hesitation an hour later to the front door. The pool was amazing and very clean, the property has a brand new fence around the backyard so there’s lots of privacy. The outer furniture was a bit dirty but just needs to be properly cleaned. We noticed ants throughout the house but not enough to truly bother us. I suggest this property invests in some placemats for their gorgeous white dining table! Thank you for a great stay!
