  • 3rd Floor Condo with elevator, overlooking the 8th Fairway and Lake in beautiful Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club! 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Washer/Dryer in unit. Make this your Winter retreat or a summer vacation rental. Sunny and bright, great cross breeze, enjoy your morning coffee or wake up early to see the sunrise. Pool and Tennis court along with Grill area. One car carport. Stoneybrook of Sarasota is only a short distance from Siesta Key beach with very easy access to shopping. Enjoy biking on the Legacy Bike Trail. Enjoy the18-hole Arthur Hills design course, Har-Tru tennis facility, freshly equipped fitness center, and club pool and restaurant. Lovely Condo over looking golf course

Very nice condo in Palmer Ranch. Lots of amenities, super close pool and pickleball courts. Lovely clubhouse for food and bar. Easy check in and check out. Communication with the owner was superb.

Stoneybrook

Our month in Elaine’s condo was great. Especially since we had Hurricane Ian just before we stayed there. We never had loss of electricity or Internet while we were staying, unlike many in Sarasota. The community quickly cleaned up broken tree limbs and debris from the storm, also unlike the rest of the city. Elaine was wonderful to work with, before, during and as our stay was coming to an end. A very clean condo, with everything you need for a stay in Florida. Very friendly neighbors also, as well as a covered parking space. A great time overall.

Christmas get-a-way

Condo was in a great location, clean and property owner responded quickly to my emails/text. Great area to walk, very quiet neighborhood, felt very secure! No cable TV, as was listed in the description. Owner did advise me, when I asked before I booked, that she had dropped the cable and had Amazon Fire Stick and Roku TV. The three flights of stairs was a good workout, but there is an elevator if you need it. Would definitely book again.

Perfect and exactly as promised

This was ideal and exactly what we were looking for - beautifully decorated 3rd floor unit with screened lanai looking out over a fairway and small pond. Convenient to elevator. Covered parking near unit. Storage bin to park our bicyles in. Quiet. Friendly neighbors. Fully equiped kitchen. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of choices on TV. Easy to live in and be comfortable.

Wonderful winter getaway!

Elaine was easy to work with and always replied to us quickly. The location was perfect for golf, tennis and pickle ball. The beach was easy to get too. The condo worked out fabulously. We loved morning sunrise on the porch and enjoyed evening drinks watching the golfer’s go by. Would go back anytime.
