5 stars – Wonderful Stay at Dolphin Cove!

We had an amazing time at Dolphin Cove! The property was clean, tidy, and clearly well cared for. The amenities were some of the best we’ve experienced—everything from the fully stocked kitchen to the relaxing outdoor space made our stay super comfortable. It’s also in a perfect location, just a short drive to Siesta Key Beach, which made beach days a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Sarasota!

Amazing Waterfront Home and Location!!

This is the perfect place to stay--minutes from Siesta Key Beach, close to downtown and restaurants. It has everything you could need from your own private pool and jacuzzi, a large game room, multiple outdoor sitting areas, and kayaks available for this waterfront property. Very clean, spacious and comfortable!!There is an elevator available if needed.

Great time and place to stay

We had a fantastic time. The house was perfect for us. We were able to sit back relax and enjoy ourselves. The house had plenty of space and excellent outdoor spaces to enjoy the weather and a nice sunrise in the hammock. The pool and game room were a huge hit with the kids. Definitely would go back and recommend to others.

Beautiful Home for a Fun Family Vacation

We rented the home for our Spring Break family trip and it was perfect for adults and kids alike. The property provided everything we needed and more for sunny days and the couple of rainy days we had. The pool and hot tub were just right, the kayak, indoor game room and bar gave us plenty to do. Plus we were a short drive to Siesta Key and other nearby beaches. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a beautiful vacation!

Great Experience and Very Nice Home!

Our group of 6 recently stayed at Dolphin Cove, the home exceeded our expectations! It had all of the comforts and amenities that we needed, the kitchen was well stocked and the whole house had an "at home" feel to it! The pool, hot tub and patio areas are very well designed and great for relaxing and lounging in the sun! The house is located in a somewhat quiet neighborhood, so noise or distractions from the surrounding areas were never an issue. Austin and his team at Gulfcoast Holiday Homes were great to work with and were very responsive in our communications! We will definitely consider renting from them again for a future vacation!

Good house for large groups

House was in a great Location. It probably took 15 to 20 minutes to get to Siesta Key Beach with traffic. Hayley and Austin went above and beyond they were fast to respond to concerns that we had. My only complaint was that we found eight cockroaches during our stay. Hayley and Austin were there later in the day to bring us traps and spray and they also paid for dinner on the last night, which was super nice of them. I would give this place 10 out of 10, but unfortunately, I cannot because of the cockroaches, hopefully they get that taken care of, but I cannot say enough good things about the management company that runs this house.

We had a family of seven stay, and there was plenty of room. We even hosted another family of seven for dinner, and it worked nicely.While the property is not located on the island, it’s a short drive to the public access for the beach. A few of us even walked to the island on a daily basis.The property did meet our standard for cleanliness…it just could use a little TLC in spots, but nothing that would prevent us from renting the property again.

Awesome fun house!

Everyone who stayed or visited loved this house! We had a wonderful time. This place is large and has two big patios upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs includes a full apartment with it's own bathroom, shower, kitchen, livinr room and two beds completely separate from the rest of the house. The game room has pool, shuffleboard table, and some tabletop games, and has multiple glass sliding doors opening onto the back patio. The kitchen is large and has pretty much everything you would need. Lots of TVs around the whole place. It's a great looking house with lots of indoor and outdoor seating and tables. You won't be doing laps in the pool, but it's definitely a great place to relax and looks awesome at night with the lights on! The only thing is I wish the dock had a ladder or floating dock, getting into or out of the kayaks can be challenging, especially if the tide is out even a little bit. Like I said, we all loved this place and it would definitely be near the top of the list for another stay in Sarasota.
