    We were mid-move and this was a nice, clean & convenient place for our family to stay while we awaited keys for our new home. Nice breakfast selection. Convenient parking and the burger place next door was yummy.

    we loved this property so much that we booked an additional stay! Location is ideal- right off I-75 and you can easily walk to a nearby Greek, Burger, or Seafood restaurant. We loved the clean rooms, hot shower, outdoor pool, and friendly staff. Special thanks to Marie in Breakfast service and Sandy at the Front desk- BOTH ladies very helpful and kind to us. Will definitely stay here again on our way back to Sanibel!

    On the weekend the Breakfast is run by a young girl who will go beyond and above to get and replace any food that has ran out but during the week the older lady in charge is not to friendly. She will look at you with a bad face.

    A GEM! Our 2nd stay here at this location in a week! Conveniently located to I-75, shopping, GAS stations, and 3 super restaurants within walking distance. The staff is super friendly ( especially Marie in Breakfast and Sandy at the Front desk ) and the hotel pool was just what we needed after driving all day. CLEAN rooms and hot shower! We will always stay here at this property from now on as we travel through to Sanibel. 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!

    Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast room well maintained and supplied. The wardrobe in our room, though, took up a good deal of space. Also, the bed is high, making it difficult for shorter guests to get into it. I suggest you maintain a supply of step stools or some other device to make this easier.

    I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in the Venice, Florida area. Overall, my room was decent and the stay was manageable. However, I do think the property could benefit from more attention to detail, especially when repairs are being done in the restrooms and rooms. I understand that maintenance and updates are sometimes necessary, but I would suggest making sure any unfinished work, repairs, or exposed areas are presented in a more professional way or properly covered until the job is complete. It would make the property feel more polished and would give guests a better overall impression. The staff and location were fine, but the condition and presentation of certain areas could definitely be improved. With better care in how repairs are handled and hidden from guests, the hotel could offer a much better experience.

    Not worth it for the price paid. Rooms are old and worn. Shower had cracks and black spots all over it. Breakfast was very lackluster. At least the sheets were clean. And the location was good. To me it’s a room that should be priced at about $100-130 a night, not close to 300
