just wanted to share a bit of feedback. It might be helpful if staff could be a bit more welcoming upon arrival — as first impressions matter and customer service sets the tone for the experience. Also, I noticed that access to the elevators doesn’t seem to be limited, and it appears that anyone can enter. If these are meant to be exclusive to hotel guests or members, perhaps some additional security or clearer restrictions could be put in place. Thank you for your attention to this.

La alfombra muy sucia, se ve que no la han lavado en años! huele horrible la habitación, es deprimente!! el ruido del aire acondicionado muy molesto, no se los recomiendo, no me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Mi familia y amigos nos hemos convertido en clientes fijos, porque vamos con bastante frecuencia. En sentido general los trabajadores son muy amables. Lo único que yo creo que deben mejorar es la limpieza de las habitaciones . Si hay un gerente que supervisa el trabajo ese polvo acumulado no estaría ahi. Cuando hay alfombras hay que aspirar y pasar un paño a los muebles y al televisor, que están tapizados de polvo. El propósito de este comentario es para que mejoren, por lo demás todo OK.

Stayed here because it was cheap and a good location. The first room I got faced the main road and was much too loud. I had to pay extra for a room on the rear. They have really old noisy air conditioning units that I had to turn off to sleep. Clean but very shabby. Staff were nice and friendly.

The breakfast was good , rooms were ok , when I got there there was a Peruvian guy that instead of greeting us all he did was basically telling us that the hotel was bad and that for the same price we could go other place . I consider very unethical behavior from some employee talking like that That’s is basically the unpleasant moment of my stay the rest was ok at least seems clean

This was our third stay at this hotel. This time was the worst and the last time. The room was ok but definitely could use a better cleaning and upgrade. Things like rusty lamps and stained sinks could easily be replaced. The night time front desk clerk, Fernando, was the worst. Rude. Unaccommodating. I came to the desk to request a set of sheets and a towel. He was sitting in the back room where I could see him on his phone. When I made my request, he sat in his chair and stared at me and then finally got up to help but acted as if he was being put out. So rude.

Warm & friendly hospitality and a great value too.

I want to commend Day Mgr John and each of his staff for their genuine desire to make their guests comfortable. I must admit that John went out of his way more than once for me and his efforts are greatly appreciated. I had other responsibilities so I was not able to take advantage of the workout room or pool, but the light breakfast buffet was perfect for my needs. Thank you all.

This hotel is old, you can smell the humidity, but the worst part was the weed smell on the whole floor. Also, there is a 100 dollar deposit that was never advertised during the booking process. Overall I just stayed one night, but it wouldn’t be my first choice if I’m going to Sarasota again
