Terrific location with a small dog

The house was clean, the neighbors friends, neighborhood very quiet and in close proximity to everything. Would certainly stay again.

Sunshine Cottage

Very charming cottage in an older part of Sarasota. Wonderful front porch and an enjoyable fenced backyard. Could use a little TLC. Would recommend to anyone interested in all the old charm with modern touches

Great Vacation Rental!

Love this place; it's so comfortable. A very nice location close to downtown where there are many great restaurants, shopping and bars with live music. You'll be able to do laundry, cook in or eat out.

Wonderful time!

Great time, wish we could have stayed longer. The kitchen was the center point of all meals. We were close to the beaches that we visited everyday! Thank you for letting us stay!

Home from Home

First experience on arriving not great as house was v cold 61f- as heating had not been left on and Sarasota unseasonably cold! Got heating working and all was fine! Great history to the house, very well equipped, v comfy lounge and everything very spacious. Outside space and grill used a lot. Very convenient location, we golfed a lot which meant no course more than about 30 mins drive and St Armands 10 mins in car. Loved Siesta beach (although traffic back can be heavy) and also Lido Beach. Convenient for Downtown and all the restaurants and nightlife.

Bring bug spray

If you are a fan of fresh air, there is none!! The windows are stuck shut can’t open any. Bring your own pillows. All of your food condiments! I did leave salt & pepper behind. Bring your own bath soap, shampoo etc. The back yard is big! If you want to enjoy the open space..bring big spray. A lot.. The neighborhood ? Aahhh. not so much

Cute older home in Sarasota

We enjoyed our stay at the rental home, it was clean and mostly updated. The beds were the worst beds I've ever slept on, that is my only complaint lol the white couche was a little dirty and stained but overall it was a clean house, absolutely loved the kitchen. It had everything you would need, washer and dryer onset, which was great. The location was far from everything in my opinion but if you dont mind the traffic and driving then its a good spot. Siesta Key Beach was about 35-40 minutes away so if you're looking for something closer, this wouldn't work. We traveled with 2 toddlers and thought it was a lot closer to beaches etc but it wasn't. Check in was easy, check out was SUPER early (10am) and they were literally pulling into the driveway at 9:55 to make sure we were gone. We just got into done loading up thankfully, so we made it out with 5 minutes to spare. I most likely wouldn't book this again because it was far from everything but if you just need a cozy home to stay in while you visit Sarasota, I'd recommend it. Thank you for giving our family a cozy place to stay, We felt at home!

Quiet neighborhood, charming cottage. Clean, comfortable very relaxing. Absolutely loved our stay.

I would rent here again and highly recommend. We needed to extend our stay a few days and they were great to work with and we were able to extend our stay another 5-6 days. Great location, charming home.

Very nice home, decorated well and a nicely updated. Beds were very comfortable.

The house was adorable and very nicely landscaped both in the front and back. The neighbors on each side were friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay there again. The management was on top of things and very nice.

Perfect location

The home is located between Ringling College of Art and Design and downtown Sarasota. It provides quick access to everything -- dining, site seeing, and nice walks in the area. The home has everything you need. It is spacious and clean, has great wifi, and comfortable beds. The outdoor space is nice for evenings. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Quiet spot near it all!

Very much loved area and walking distance to Downtown mainstreets and local beaches. I did not like that the windows were sealed shut! No screens on any doors allowing for airflow and had an older musty smell. No ventilation fans in bathrooms. But although we loved the rest of the home and would book again.
