Great condo! Very quite complex. Internet was spotty but I think it was the rain and no fault of the owner. Just glad my husband had a hot spot because he had to work. Stayed here while my son was at IMG for camp and would stay here again! Great location, clean, well stocked.

Very clean, beautiful furniture and such, the picture of the lanai was different then on the VRBO, ceiling fan in living room we couldn't figure out, an instruction book would be great .. communication was excellent with owner, overall a wonderful stay- one of the best I've stayed at!Commini

Great stay!

Thank you for a great stay. The home was clean and exceeded expectations. Extremely close proximity to IMG which was where our event took place. Would absolutely stay again!

Great Stay

Son played in baseball tournament at IMG. Clean, updated condo near retail and 2 minutes to IMG. We would stay here again.

Lovely apartment close to everything

We had an excellent stay in this beautifully updated apartment. Only thing really missing from the apartment were beach towels for use by guests. We spent most of our days on nearby Anna Maria island but being so close to all the restaurants and stores was a big plus. We enjoyed bbqs by the pool most evenings and the entire property never felt too crowded, even when the holiday weekend arrived. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Modern condo in excellent location

2 week stay in Ervin's fabulous condo. Property is very modern and clean with comfy beds. Lovely tile flooring throughout and great rainfall shower. The communal pool very close and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Loved this place!

This condo is beautiful, modern, clean and has everything you need. Ervin was a great host. Short drive to the beach (15 mins), amentias on the property are awesome and it's within walking distance of Publix, Aldi and restaurants. Highly recommend it!

Fun in the sun

The condo is gorgeous and even better then in the pictures. Ervin was a great host and very responsive. This was our first time in Bradenton and we really enjoyed the pools, restaurants and the beaches. We're hoping to be back in the winter.

Relaxing stay during IMG week

My daughter and I stayed here for the week while my son was at IMG Summer camp. Bradenton is a delightful area. We enjoyed the beach five minutes away as well as the variety of restaurants and on-site pools. The condo was impeccable; the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Strong WiFi and great cable options. Good communication with manager, user friendly transaction from booking to check out. Will stay again!

Very nice unit but disappointed in lack of dish soap, paper towels and full length mirror. When getting ready for special events a mirror would be appreciated but otherwise very happy

Very nice condo

We loved the layout, cleanliness, and layout of the condo. Beds were comfortable and access to pool was great. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. Our only real concern was lack of towels. There was only one towel each,no beach towels,and 2 hand towels for 6 days. We would have done laundry but the dryer was definitely not working. It made everything hot but never dried it. Other than that, we were very satisfied.

Great place

It was very nice ! Everything looks brand new ! I was especially happy that there was some laundry detergent available so I didn’t have to buy for only one load! Close enough to stores and beach yet far enough to stay out of the busiest areas . We loved drinking coffee on the porch and watching the momma Duck and her babies in the pond ! Erwin was great communicator and nice!

Great place to stay with some small improvements

The communication was stellar with Ervin. A beautiful condo that we very much enjoyed. Below are some areas that could use improvement for next time. - Floors were dirty - feet were filthy every time we walked on them with shoes. - Can opener did not work - Washing machine smelled like mildew - Large tree branch right in front of rear screened in porch that blocks view - Table and chairs on the front porch are not clean enough to sit on. - Not your fault, but the pond/lagoon was overgrown with algae - not visually appealing. Thanks again for the awesome place to stay!

Shorewalk Condo

The condo unit looked as promised and was clean and well- equipped. The beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler were a huge asset when going to the beach- I cannot stress this enough. The King bed linens were thin, too small for the mattress, and the down comforter in the master was very heavy for a warm climate. Perhaps a thinner king blanket would help create a better nights sleep. However, I would recommend this condo- great location and good space for a family- we spent a lot of time on the screened porch!The Shorewalk property evidently does not participate in a recycling program- which is hard to believe in 2025. This is environmentally backwards- and something that really bothered our family..

Amazing Stay and Condo. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I were in search of looking for a getaway in the Bradenton area. We have never been there before and we heard about all of the amazing beaches that the area had to offer. We found Ervin's condo in our search and we are so happy that we did. The condo was absolutely perfect. It is very modern and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. It also has multiple flat screen smart TVs. Check-in was a breeze. We were so impressed with our stay that we will be returning again next year. Ervin was a great host and super responsive. He even checked in to see how our stay was going. We have had the privilege of traveling the world and staying in some amazing vacation homes but this one is near the top. I would highly recommend this condo and Ervin as a host. Thank you for allowing us to rent from you.

Super fun stay! Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Ervin's condo. The condo is beautiful and modern. The complex has 2 pools, pickleball courts and is about a 15 mins drive to the local beaches. It's also within walking distance to the grocery stores and restaurants. We plan on coming back in the winter and we will definitely stay with Ervin again.

Excellent Vacation!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious condo. The unit was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities were wonderful. Everything from the pools, hot tubs, pickleball courts, and clubhouse staff was top-notch. It was also in a perfect location, close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made getting around super convenient. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Wenn man mit 4 Erwachsenen anreist fehlt im kleinen Badezimmer und im kleinen Schlafzimmer noch eine Ablagemöglichkeit . Die Lage ,die Einrichtung ,check in , Kommunikation mit Ervin super Würde die Wohnung immer wieder Buchen Also eine klare Empfehlung

Inaccurate description of property

Property was on the second floor, which was not disclosed until after I had reserve the unit and received the address, seeing that it was unit number 201. In addition, it was described as having a “stunning waterfront view”, what it actually was was a retention pond full of algae with an inoperable fountain. I enclosed a photo. The apartment was nice enough, but it showed signs of where and there were a few things that were broken or that just simply didn’t work. The property was dated, but at one time was probably very nice. It was very clean, but my wife and I, being in our late 70s, With some health issues, did not like climbing the stairs. Further, no one would ever want to sit on that balcony looking at that retention pond full of algae. The only stunning part about it was that we were stunned to see how unattractive it was.
