Loved the vibe of this property and great location to the beach. It was nice to have the options with the two separate pools. The bedrooms and master bathroom felt a little cramped.

Loved the location and proximity to beach and pools. Clean unit, but bathrooms could be a little cleaner. Good sized kitchen and living space. Not a lot of counter space in the bathrooms, maybe a little shelf over the toilet for extra space. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location, poorly stocked and maintained

I have stayed in one of these units before and was excited to come back. We love cooking on vacation but was sorely disappointed in the lack of resources that was claimed to be there based on the website description. - dishwasher doesn’t work, leaving dried food and grease so we washed by hand all week. I would have thought the cleanup crew would notice that weekly. -no hot pads so had to use one of our two hand towels for the week as our hot pad -no pizza cutter, only 2 butter knives, one small 2 cup mixing bowl for food prep -only one stockpot, no saucepans - no kitchen garbage and when I told the front office they gave me baggies never to check back with a bin. -the master shower has poor pressure, at one point water was gushing through the faucet. Hopefully that can all easily be addressed as we love this location.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the positives:1. Great Location2. Very nice pool and hot tub area.3. Easy beach access.Negatives:1. Very poor stocking of kitchen. There were only two knives and three spoons. Mentioned this to staff and three days later they finally broubht additional silverware.2. No hot water on our first day. No compensation provided for inconvenience. Wife had to take a shower in another unit.3. Silverware basket in dishwasher had holes in it causing silverware to end up in bottom of dishwasher.4. Bedrooms and bathrooms were quite small.Did not find it to be a value for the money spent. Will look elsewhere next time we visit the area.

Nice place and had everything we needed

Took granddaughters down for celebration of graduation. The place was great. It does say beach about 1 minute away. Which was correct but most of the beach was “private”. And had a small area to sit. It was nice they had beach towels and lawn chairs to use since we flew to Florida and couldn’t pack that stuff. I would recommend it!
