We had a wonderful time. The unit is perfect for 3-4 people. We are a family of 4, two adults and two kids. Friendly management and made sure we had a place for a pool day next door when ours was under maintenance then it re-opened the next day. Short easy walk to the beach and the weather was perfect! We will be planning another stay!

We enjoyed our beach visit in this small but we'll equipped rental so close to the beach! Access to the beach was a little walk and it would be nice if umbrellas and chairs were provided on the beach side like the nearby resorts. Can't beat the location, close to restaurants and shops!

Unit was perfect for our 1 night stay, just passing through and wanted to enjoy the beach. Manager was very friendly and accommodating, unit was clean and well kept. And choices of pools was an added bonus. South of siesta beach and wasn't crowded at all in the 2nd week of September. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived after the office was closed. Our keys were left accessible to us. Very easy and convenient check in process. The room was clean and had anything we needed, and then some. Pool was clean and warm. The beach is a two minute walk from the room. I would absolutely stay here again.

Pool was under construction the first day we were there but owner/manager had made arrangements for renters to use the neighboring pool. That was great for the kids! Ours was open the next day! Nice place and perfect location!

The space was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect just across the street from beach access and within short walking distance of trolley stop and restaurants. Beach umbrellas and beach chairs are first come first serve and are in rough shape. They could use newer ones and more of them. They provided plenty of beach towels and the staff was accommodating and friendly. Also the listing said a cooler would be available but we didn’t have a cooler in our room. Overall I would stay again but consider bringing my own chairs, umbrella, and cooler or renting them from somewhere.
