Condo on The Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is well appointed and spacious. Amenities galore! This unit can sleep five but we were only two so we had plenty of space. Comfortable bed and plenty of beach towels. Had some trouble working the tv’s but eventually got it sorted.

Condo definitely needs some updating. The pictures on the Vrbo don’t match what you get. A lot of construction going on and around the property. Proximity to the beach was fantastic! Our refrigerator went out but it was taken care of the next day. Also..a very bright porch light shines into the master bedroom and there was no way to turn off.

Fun in the Sun!

From check in to departure, the process was smooth. We enjoyed our stay and time on Longboat Key. Having such easy access to the pool and ocean was an outstanding way to spend our vacation.

Needs some attention

Great location. Beautiful Gulf view! Wonderful weather.Not enough beach lounge chairs for 14 units.Be careful walking off back patio! There are exposed irrigation pipes/lines and rusty electrical conduit.Could use a couple of sauce pans in the kitchen.Old pictures of what the property looks like.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Longboat key has been a favorite destination of ours for a few years. Condo was clean and comfortable. Great location right off the pool. Small quiet complex right in the beach. Will definitely be back

condo on nice beach Longboat Key

After staying at a high end hotel this was initially disappointing but it served our purposes to extend our stay and having the extra bed and bathroom was great. The beach chairs could be updated but we still enjoyed our time there

Unit 101 was clean and comfortable; the location is great - easy access to the pool and the beach is just a few steps further. Perfect getaway

So, if you’re looking for something to get away, quiet, peaceful retreat with beautiful sunsets away from the center of town. This is it. I stayed in unit 101, it’s big enough, perfect sunsets from the patio. Pool and beach are right there which is convenient when traveling with 2 toddlers. The unit needs some TLC and a very deep cleaning maybe even some paint, but overall it’s a great unit and I’ll definitely be back!

Maybe not possible to cut down or lower shrubs in front of unit. We could not see the beach.

The cost of it is outrageous compared to what you get my windows were disgustingly dirty ( I did point it out to the local manager, nothing changed ) The cleaning team is terrible , they had no training, or not enough

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit #101 is a nice,convenient location. We enjoyed staying there. The office staff was very helpful also. Our thoughts are that the grounds of the property and on the patios need maintenance badly, looking really bad. Although the unit was clean, the floor was not, it could have used a good mopping. On checkin day after walking around barefoot we noticed that our feet were filthy. I would have though that the cleaning fee should have taken care of this. Thanks for listening.

First time in Longboat Key

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach location and pool was excellent, bbq as advertised lacked propane and I brought this up to the maintenance guy who mentioned that he could not replace the tank due to the time, approximately 4:30 pm. Secondary tank was empty and in bad shape! AC condenser was in the main bedroom that made a lot of noise. My wife who is very conscientious about cleaning said that the room was poorly cleaned. We would have expected higher standards for the price. We will not recommend this rental unit or any on this property. Sorry but being truthful!

Unbeatable Location...strange layout

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You're paying for location and that's it. Just know it going in and you'll be much happier. Ground floor unit faced the pool and had a nice views of the ocean.The unit itself was small for a family of 6, which we knew going into it. However, the layout was very poor. You enter off the parking lot into the bedroom, just like a motel 6. Then you have to walk through the "den" with its bed to get to the living room and kitchen. This means there is no true bedroom that isn't also a thoroughfare for people coming and going. Makes it tough to put some kids to sleep if you don't want them disturbed, and the same for the mornings. I would only recommend this place to solos and couples. More than that and it simply does not function well. The property is also very tired, inside and out. Bathroom had heavy mold on the cloth curtain, plaster was peeling off ceiling in too, tile grout needs acid cleaned, and fans only had one setting.
