Amazing Family Friendly vacation site

It was an amazing, family friendly house. The layout and amenities along with the proximity to the beach are second to none. The only issue was a toilet that “ran” constantly in the 1st bedroom. That was a minor nuisance.

Everything was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and have big family dinners. It was decorated beautifully. The location was great, didn’t need a car to get anywhere. The rental company was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely be back! The next door neighbor was a little fussy.

Weekend getaway

We absolutely loved this house, like a home away from home. Gorgeous decor, awesome layout, comfy beds and super clean! The pool is so relaxing, we thought the waterfall was a tad loud, (maybe thats just us) oh and watch your head if your an adult going down the waterslide, I think its mainly meant for the kiddos, just sayin'... Located literally steps from Sunset Point beach, delicious restaurants and shopping. We all had a wonderful time and did not want to leave! Also, the couple next door are permanent residents, they are very, very nice, awesome folks. If you stay here please be respectful of them, they've seen a lot of change and development around them and deserve to live peacefully whilst y'all enjoy your vacations.

We came to Siesta Key for my mom’s 60th Birthday and had a wonderful time in this home! The pool and water slide were great for the kids and the location couldn’t be better. We will definitely stay again!

The house was great, communication with property manager was great, no complaints about the stay! The location was close to the beach and to siesta village- many restaurants, bars, market, ice cream (my kids favorite 😊), and shopping! Definitely recommend this place!

This property is magnificent. The home is spotless and beautifully decorated. In case you do want to venture out the beach is one minute walk to you right and downtown is one minute to your left. Plenty of driveway parking which is important on busy weekends and pool area is beautiful.

Everything was wonderful. I would Suggest some Kleenex and plastic wrap stocked in the house.

Great location. 300 steps to the beach from the driveway. The house and the pool were lovely. Remotes and TVs had a glitch may want to look into that.

Wonderful spring break

This was an unexpected fabulous find. We decided last minute to do spring break in siesta key. Found this property. It was truly as described. Clean, well-maintained, fantastic location. We were right in between the village and the beach and could be at either in three minutes. My two daughters, 18 and 21 and their two friends, loved it. I did too. I would stay there again in a minute.

Bachelorette Party Fun

Gorgeous home in super convenient location. Easily able to accommodate many people with the 6 bedrooms (multiple beds in some) and 6 bathrooms! Plenty of great activities and restaurants only a short walk away. Unfortunately the water heater was not functioning on our first night, but the issue was addressed and resolved quickly the next morning. The doors have an very loud alarm that triggers anytime a person enters the house, so a warning about that in the booking listing would have been nice. Overall, highly recommended property. Would definitely stay again.

First Family Vacation to Siesta Key

Overall this property was OK. We liked the proximity to siesta key village. Management was very respectful and responsive. However, one of the reasons we booked this stay was because of the pool. The pool was gross and not clean upon our arrival (very green, lots of algae growing, trash near the pool), and it took 2.5 days for it to be cleaned during which time we could not swim. The house was fully stocked with kitchen-ware, which was nice. However some things were broken (drawers not opening properly, door/drawer knobs missing, etc). Mid-way through our trip, the disposal broke, which had to be replaced (though management did send maintenance quickly). Towards the end of our trip, a few cockroaches also appeared (I understand bugs are part of life but still, not something you want to see in your vacation rental property). I would return to Siesta Key, though would not stay here again.

Great location between the village & the beach

Beautifully decorated new house in Siesta Key. We stayed for 9 days and staff was very responsive & easy to work with. Our group was 6 adults and 5 kids ages 1 to 11. My reasons for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is two-fold. Although beautiful, the bedrooms are small, arranged back to back, and severely lack any storage space. No dressers in most rooms, and no luggage holders. The outdoor area is wonderful, and swimming pool very pretty. However, the slide was good for the 8 & 11 year olds, but not for adults or younger kids. It’s short, sharply curved, and fast. We enjoyed the week very much and loved the village and beach access
