「The floor was covered in chicken and goose droppings because there were no fences and many chickens and geese ran around, even pooping in front of your room. The outdoor hot tub was completely unusable, and the tub was full of leaves, mud, and dust. It looks like no one has ever cleaned it.I messaged the host on the day I checked in saying there was no hot water outside, but they didn't reply until the next day when I was about to check out.」

「Address listing was incorrect ( it’s “road” not “drive”) so took an extra hour to find location because host wasn’t accessible except by message. Once we were able to reach him he was very curt and somewhat dismissive instead of helpful. 「Bed is firm and water pressure/temp excellent. Quiet, safe neighborhood that is close to some amazing restaurants. I used the courtyard every day for morning coffee or visits from kids/grandkids. We even did an art project which was a one of those special family memories you talk about for years. We would definitely stay again. 」
