I had an amazing time while I stayed there the place was very clean it had everything I needed the staff was super friendly the gardeners were cool the security was good made me feel safer at night. I loved how close I was to the beach and to town. I did have an issue with the safe but it get handled properly, I can't wait to go back.

Condo not directly across from beach. Main street into Coco is beside; therefore, can be noisy. Pool beautiful & clean. Condo needs attention from owner in kitchen & bathroom. Lack of storage for guest belongings in bedrooms. Cutlery, utensils, pots & pans need to be replaced. Need new toaster. Black mold on back of bathroom sink. Property Management very quick to respond to any problems - needed hangers, bottle opener, batteries, fridge went off.

Had a wonderful time!

The location couldn’t be better—right across the street from the beach, which made it so easy to pop over any time of day to swim or watch the sunset. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bedrooms were quiet and inviting, and the bathroom had everything we needed. Being on the ground floor was a big plus. We enjoyed having easy access to the outdoor space—perfect for relaxing with a coffee in the morning or winding down after a day out. We also loved how close everything was. There’s a plaza just steps away with fantastic cafes, great restaurants, and a friendly bar where we spent a few evenings. It was so convenient to have everything right there. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and felt completely at home. We’re already planning to come back—highly recommended!

Una estadía placentera, en un ambiente relajante y tranquilo. Las instalaciones muy bien equipadas, aseadas y en buen estado. La temperatura de la piscina muy agradable. A mejorar = Promover el reciclaje dentro del condominio, colocando recipientes en áreas comunes para poder separar los distintos residuos reciclables (plástico, botellas, latas, etc) de los huéspedes y no desecharlos en la basura.
