「It would have been nice to know who I needed to communicate what with regarding check-in, property, housekeeping. Figured out there were two different people to communicate with so things got confusing. Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper. It showed up in a reasonable amount of time so thank you for that.It took us a bit to find laundry detergent, but that just took some effort. A suggestion would be to have the email from Krain portal accessible to all of us at the condo. I was the only one...

「We stayed for 3 months during the high season Dec 1-February 28, 2015. Very comfortable, everything worked and photographs are accurate. Extremely comfortable king bed in master and plenty of towels and linens, and a well stocked kitchen as well. Pool was only steps away and very refreshing. The unit was a little on the dark side and the complex attracted a lot of seniors, but overall, a 5 star stay!」

「Beautiful property right on the beach. The condo had everything you could want for a comfortable stay and the sunsets and overall view of the ocean was magnificent. David, the owner, was very helpful with recommendations, etc. This was our first time to Costa Rica and couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. We also highly recommend using Ricardo for any your excursions. Door to door service and very friendly and knowledgeable.」

「First, the description was accurate and check in was a breeze. David was proactive asking about out arrival times etc, letting us know the space was avaiable early and notified us we could check out late if needed. This property was perfect for us to explore nearby beaches, restaurants and a lovely spot to just hang. We love having the shade on the deck in the morning and watching the stellar sunsets. Highly recommend. 」
