Qe finally figured out that it needed a few minutes to change temps. We laughed, She was awesome and handled this like a seasoned pro! ”

“The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,……

“My stay at the Cottages at Laurel Brooke was wonderful. I wasn't in the cottage 10 minutes and I found myself taking pictures of the whole place (down to the Sumatra Coffee pods I love and drink at home) and texting them to my wife to brag on the place. My entire 4 day weekend stay was peaceful and incredibly comfortable. The pillowtop bed was fantastic! I am disabled, have a $5k bed at home, and NEVER get good sleep in a hotel. I travel with my own $300 mattress topper anytime I travel by car.……

“The check in process was fast and easy. Room was clean and spacious bathroom. Beds and pillows were a bit worn-time to upgrade! Food was very delicious and Barbara was attentive at the breakfast area. Her area was well stocked and organized! Gas station and shopping center were walking distance. One block away from Kroger , Target and Ross. This hotel is on a good location. Overall experience was good!”
