Logement bien situé dans résidence avec piscine. Il se situe toutefois au dessus d’une laverie (le bruit des machines à l’essorage est donc bien audible) et d’un restaurant (hors concert pas de nuisance sonore mais les soirs de concert c’est plus compliqué….) Nous avons signalé les problèmes d’équipement lors de l’état des lieux de sortie (couverts, frigo…). Il serait vraiment judicieux de changer la literie (BZ du salon hors d’âge et inconfortable au possible….) et les oreillers qui sont cependant dans un état catastrophique….

hébergement propre, conforme à l'annonce. gros bemol pour les dames de l'agence immobilières, au demerant très sympathiques, mais partisanes du moindre effort et qui vont faire 3 photos de grain poussière en gros plan pour facturer un tiers du forfait ménage. justifier de retenir un tiers duménage

Pied a terre idéal a Solenzara

Très bien situé et prix raisonnable, personnel de l'agence très serviable. Seul (petit) bémol: obligation de payer les frais de ménage de 50 euros si on quitte le logement avant 9h du matin.
