“Third visit. Very good layout… the rooms are great and the bed is dreamy. The bar is unique and as good as it gets and the breakfast is great with made to order items and fantastic service. The value and luxury/$ ius off the map. I will be back on my next trip! Location is great for all things downtown and riverside. My favorite hotel stay.”

“Rooms are small but well laid out and well supplied. Bed is very comfortable. Only complaint was slow elevators and access to underground parking is a bit tricky with many tight turns. Good location and lovely views.”

“Only drawback was the parking lot being a bit awkwardly situated. But thats not always in the hotels control so they've done the best with what they have. But in peak winter I wouldn't want to be walking back and forth from the parkade. Great room. Great TV. Nespresso machine in the room. Also the towel hooks blend in with the bathroom wall color. Took me way too long to find but that's also probably a me thing. No real complaints at all though. Really enjoyed our stay!”

“Plenty of space in our room. We were able to control the temperature in our room easily. Breakfast was ample for myself and one daughter however, very limited for my other child who has several food intolerances. The hot tub eased my aching muscles from a long day.”

“Bed was comfortable, room was large and clean. Had free parking but was very limited. The one downside was how loud the bar and the street foot traffic noise was well past 2am. Not a huge issue but a lot of the university crowd seems to gather there on Friday nights.”

“The property is run down. It has clearly had better days. I found that my expedia reservation was more expensive than the walk in price. There was a promised breakfast which I had to talk to and show my Expedia reservation (which stated breakfast) multiple staffmembers to receive. The breakfast was usually an egg salad sandwich (which I can't stand), dry muffin and small fruit juice box. One day, it was just two slices of dry bread and some butter and jam.
