OASIS Cozy suite is a brand new 700sqft two bedroom basement stylishly furnished just for you - the true definition of cozy. It is located in a neighbourhood connecting with nature, the community is designed with ecological preservation at its core - connecting people, wildlife and natural prairie spaces in one harmonious environment. 12 minutes drive from down town and 7 minutes drive to University of Saskatchewan.

Saskatoon Basement Suite

Property was clean. We expected more based on the advertising. The rooms and bed descriptions were false on the ad. One bedroom had only one double bed; not two as advertised. There is NO sofa bed in the living area. Limited number of dishes in the kitchen. Only two chairs in the entire suite. No kitchen table, although may not have room.

Lovely peaceful suite

I have had a lovely stay in this suite. Quiet, clean, overall enjoyable. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Great trails for my dog on the edge of a protected wild space. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and bright apartment. The access to the beautiful Meewasin Trail system was perfect for us to walk our dog every morning and night. The location worked perfectly for our needs. We had a wonderful stay

The suite is in a brand new neighbourhood, quiet, pet-friendly and has a private entrance. It is fully supplied with almost new appliances and fixtures and a comfortable bed. It was very clean and bright. Suggestions: There were no hooks for coats or bathrobes and no hangers at all - suggest at minimum some over-the-door hooks or a rack with hangers. Also, there is a drop off of maybe 5-7 cm. at the edge of the sidewalk leading to the private entrance. This was hidden by snow and I fell because it wasn’t visible. I think the area between the 2 sidewalks should be filled in level with the sidewalks. I would stay here again without hesitation though. Communication through the website was OK but not immediate. I had tried to extend my visit by one night but wasn’t able to do that in time -this could have been due to restrictions in the booking system which didn’t allow just one night to be booked.

Spacious suite

Very clean and well appointed. it was just what we needed while we were in between houses. Quiet neighbourhood. Lots of people out walking dogs etc. Property owner very responsive to messages and easy to deal.with. Would recommend to anyone needing a place in the city
