One block from River Character, large two bedroom

This is a beautiful Large 2 bedroom main floor of a Character home built by Dr Langford on the tree-lined University Drive. This house is on one of the most beautiful streets in Saskatoon within walking distance to all amenities. One block from the River and one block from Broadway. The suite is fully self-contained and private. Private entrance on the front and back exit. Comes with a one-car garage. There is a large bedroom at the front with a kingsize bed and another bedroom at the back with a queen-size bed. All beds are new and hotel-quality with 400 thread count linens. There is a newly renovated bathroom with Maax soaker tub/ shower surround. The large living room has a beautiful bay window and original fireplace with a 55-inch curve smart TV with cable and wifi. The large kitchen looks onto the south-facing backyard, and it is equipped with all the fixings. Microwave, fridge, stove, coffeemaker, bodem, Cuisinart chopper, wine glasses, and everything else! Nice white cabinets with a butcher block countertop and Blanco double sink. The kitchen's eating area has seating for 4 at a round table and a desk area along with the east window for the computer workspace. Laundry is included in the basement accessed through the kitchen.
