The Bentley - **Close to Downtown and River!!**❤️

Brand new basement suite! All new furniture!! This suite features 2 bedrooms, beautiful kitchen, 4-piece bathroom and in-suite washer/dryer. Beautiful modern finishes, very clean and comfortable, large windows and 9 ft ceilings don't even make it feel like a basement. Coy Ave is centrally located in the city, minutes to downtown and the river. So many great eating establishments and things to do in the area. Bus stop is also very close to the house. We are confident you will enjoy your stay!

No shoes in the house
No eating in bed
Absolutely NO parties or events.

There is green space close by however the yard is not fenced and not fully developed.
