“Péssima. O anfitrião não enviou atempadamente o código para fazermos o check in. Quando enviou entrámos no apartamento e verificámos que tinha sido usado e não foi limpo. O anfitrião nunca respondeu a chamadas telefónicas ou a mensagens e o apartamento nunca foi limpo. Passámos as férias num apartamento sujo e sem roupa de cama e de banho. adicionalmente não temos fatura do apartamento pois não conseguimos que nos responda a mensagens.”

“El apartamento estaba limpio y la atención de recepción muy buena, hasta nos dejaron detalle de bienvenida para el desayuno.
Lo que no me gustó es que el agua caliente de la ducha se iba y venía, y que el grifo del baño no iba muy bien”

“De var ett mysigt boende med poolområde som hade livvakt. Väldigt bekvämt ställe att bo och köket hade allt man kunde tänkas behöva.
Sängen i sovrummet var dock väldigt hårt och obekväm men bäddsoffan där barnen sov var skön.
Man hade även tillgång till solstolar på stranden då de tillhörde hotellet. Dock behöver du bil när du bor här då de är väldigt dåligt med transfer.”

“Great stay! Would definitely stay here again. The extra fees (particluarly utlitity fee) at checkin were a little unexpected, but I may have missed that in the booking. We would recommend this place!
Be sure to book the beach ahead if time. We wish we would have known that. If the beach is all reserved, we found you can still rent 2 chairs for 47 euro. The beach with the shallow sandbar is not to be missed. Best beach we have ever seen. ”

Wir wurden in einem anderen als dem abgebildeten Apartment mit deutlich schlechterem Standard und Sauberkeit untergebracht.
Unsere Reklamation wurde vor Ort mit Ausreden abgetan, dass die Bilder nicht von Sardhouse stammten, obwohl die Unterkünfte direkt auf der Website https://www.sardegnarenthouse.com/Immobile/appartamento-armony/ buchbar sind.”

“Well equipped villa - although the coffee machine and dishwasher were not functioning (despite the assistance of owner). A/C works very well. Owner should provide better info on how to use équipement at check in (or post on équipement) offer a start basket (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc). And provide larger garbage bins - as guests have to carry all to the city. With the luxury of the house, some basics should be provided at first. There are only 4 bedrooms - the 5th bed is on a tinny and……

“We were a family of 4 and we were very comfortable in this Residenza. Our room overlooked a lovely and clean swimming pool. As a self catering room, it was super helpful having a large supermarket just below the building. Parking was a little bit more challenging as we chose not to pay for private parking, but to find parking on the main road, but we managed. Very close to the beach and a half an hour walk to the historic centre. Would definitely recommend.”

“Fantastic location for a relaxing few days. Fabiola was really helpful organising transfers to the port and checking on boat trips etc. The accommodation was simple but had everything we needed. Restaurant next door was delicious and friendly staff. Choice of local small beaches, or get the €1 bus to pelosa or the beaches by stintino. Can’t wait to go back again!”
