We hired a private chef to prepare our dinners, and he found the kitchen fine for his needs, and he was able to access the property while we were gone with no issues. "The Sure hotel was quaint and clean. The staff were nice and helpful and the food in the restaurant was good. The room was a bit small for taller people and the bathroom was tiny. The location was great to walk to the Memorial de can but far away from other restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, we had a nice stay."

"Accommodation was perfect for our one night stay over on our way back to Cherbourg. A bit dated in places, walls need a fresh layer of paint and kitchen needs to be refreshed. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. We checked in after 8pm so we used the after hours check in process and it was clear and easy to follow."

"Downside was that it was a bit hard to find, and there were no instructions prior to arriving to access the gate/ car park. The room was good value for money, basic breakfast but good for what we wanted. Best part was the receptionist who was amazing at recommending where to eat that was more authentic and where to explore the Chateaux- we wouldn’t have found it without her fantastic directions and even circling on the map for us!"

"We absolutely loved this hotel. It really suited our lifestyle and tastes. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced, and we ate it on the sunny deck. We enjoyed working out in the gym before eating. The beds were comfortable and it was fun to watch the little rabbits in the garden out our window. Our boys had fun playing table soccer in the lobby. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Normandy."
