Enjoy an unforgettable vacation, in this beautifully renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath home.! Take a short walk to the beach to see a sunrise, or snag a couple of beach cruisers and ride in style. With a perfect location close to popular bars and restaurants, and a calm and safe neighborhood you will be able to kick back, relax and enjoy all aspects of serene beach life living! Relax in the updated back yard with awning and firepit. (Please note: all our properties are pet-friendly, but we charge a $100 pet fee, per pet)

The Space: Unwind in this beautiful newly renovated Satellite Beach property. Enjoy this completely modern, freshly furnished space with new tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has been newly updated with granite counter tops, all stainless steel new appliances, and is fully stocked with all essentials. Smart TV’s in both bedrooms, and in Living area as well. Master Bedroom: Queen sized bed, large walk-in closet, dresser drawers, Guest Room: Two twin beds, full sized closet and is directly across the fall from a full sized bathroom. You will be able to kick back relax and stream your favorite shows with the help of an ultra-high speed Wi-Fi network (400 Gbps). Enjoy a nice family dinner after a day at the beach in the formal dining area, it seats up to six! There is a large fenced-in backyard that is perfect for all of your pet needs. We also have a washer and dryer in the garage available for anyone that needs to wash clothes during their stay.

(Disclaimer: From time to time we refresh the properties with new pictures, updated furnishings, new bedspread etc. all of which may not be exactly reflected in the pictures posted.

While there is a garage in the property it is NOT useable by guests since it is currently used for storage. For long term guests we may be able to provide permission to use the garage, BUT has to be pre-approved by the host.

Electric entry code provided within 24 hours of arrival. Access to the entire home and garage space.

Please note that if you have an electric vehicle that will be parked and charged at the property you will be charged an additional $5/day per vehicle.

Great stay
We enjoyed our time here. Place was comfortable and clean. Walking distance to the beach, but we preferred the short drive. Lots of cool stuff to do nearby.

Florida getaway
Great location close to the coast with lots of beaches to choose from, all have free parking. You can walk to the beach but with chairs and umbrellas (available to use) we drove. Condo had everything we needed, property manager was helpful and attentive to our needs during our stay. House has a washer and dryer which allowed us to travel light with an overhead bag and skipped baggage claim. We rented a car at Orlando (MCO) and drove to Seattle Beach which took an hour. Nice area, there are restaurants and grocery store close by. Would rent this property again.

Perfect vacation
We enjoyed everything about our vacation. The property was clean, quiet, and a great location. Close to the beaches, restaurants. Property manager was very accommodating. The only thing that I can think of that would make the property better would be a nice recliner and a king size bed. Will definitely consider returning to this property.

Amazing especially for the price!
I rented this location for my daughter who is in college and her room mates. They needed a break from school and I did not have the room to host them at my own house. I live about 5 miles from the location and it was perfect. The house was so clean and inviting. The Property Manager made check in and out easy. If I had any questions they responded quickly. This is a steal for the location you are blocks from the beach and restaurants. The house came equip with cooking supplies which is a good money saver when you're on vacation. This will definitely be my go to whenever I have family come into town. So much better than a hotel. Thank you all again. Im sure we will I will be renting this again soon!

Quiet neighborhood, close proximity to everything. Restaurants, diners, grocery store, drug store, beaches, etc all nearby. When we traveled further away from the rental traffic was not heavy at any times. Would definitely stay in this area and at this house again.
