The Sandpiper was absolutely beautiful n completely cozy! We enjoyed every minute of the little bit of time we actually spent there. I will say though that they need to trim the one bush out front to the left of the parking area, you cant park there due to the overgrown bush. Other than that our stay was fantastic!

The pictures of the units and property are way better than in person. The property’s outside landscaping is very over grown in the front making it hard to see. The courtyard is very unkept. The inside of my unit was clean. The road noise from traffic at night made it hard to sleep

The property was clean and very well-maintained with modern amenities such as: remote controls for the air conditioner in each room. It was very quiet and in a great location. It was within walking distance to the beach. It was a family friendly place and had a huge, beautiful kitchen with plenty of seating. We had the best time there, and will definitely be returning.

This is absolutely wonderful hidden gem! Quiet, very clean, tastefully decorated, convenient location, and walk to beach (we did everyday sometimes twice!). A little confusing about non refundable deposit to get entrance code at start, but small bump in road for what you get for price you pay! Thank you for one of, if not the best, places I've ever stayed, for the money!! Thank you!!!

A code on the AC flashed and when we let ownership know there was a technician there within the hour:). A block from the beach was perfect. Back patio area could have been raked and cleaned up better but no big deal.

The room was fine. It was smaller then it looked in the pictures. It's near the road where they were doing road construction all night. We got little sleep.

Issues with the code for the door first I tried to check in early and had to call the office to have them open the code up. Then sometime the next night they changed the code no call, text, or email I had to call the office again for the new code.
