This Brand New property features 1 king bed in the master, 1 full bed in the guest bedroom and 1 queen gel foam pull out in the living room, a screen enclosed porch, located on a quiet road, perfect for a serene getaway. 10 minutes to Palatka, less than one mile from Georgia Boys Fish Camp boat Launch at Dunns Creek and 10 minutes by boat to the World Famous St John's River it's the perfect place to relax and hit the river for the great Bass fishing. Looking for a place to ride? Approximately 45 minutes from Destination Daytona, Crescent Beach and St. Augustine. With amenities like AC, and heating, guests can relax in comfort. Fall in love with this area and enjoy the magic it has to offer. This is perfect for fisherman, travelers passing through, Snow Birds or anyone just wanting to get away. Plenty of space to park your bike, boat or jet ski trailer on the property. We are open to short and med term rentals (up to 6 months). Just bring your clothes and toothbrush.
