“The room was awful. First we had to change rooms due to rabid barking dogs in the room next to ours, then we move to the second floor with no elevator so we have to lug everything up there. The rooms toilet was broken, the shower handle fell off after 1 use, the fridge didnt work, the door lock was broken, I mean i could go on and on, it was shameful.
