Welcome to our happy house on the rocks! This 1,700Sq ft. home in the Catskills sits on natural stone and the back yard is on almost 2 acres of woods. Less than a half hour to Hunter Mountain, Kaaterskill Falls is 15 minutes away, 20 minutes to Overlook Mountain and North-South Lake. There are many towns close by to explore cafes, bars, shopping and restaurants such as Woodstock, the quaint downtown of Saugerties, the Historic town of Kingston, Catskill and Tannersville.

Make yourself at home! You will have access to the entire house. Please take this opportunity to live like a local and explore the gem that is the Hudson Valley.

Saugerties, New York

Saugerties is a quaint beautiful town with many activities. Stroll down Partition Street with all of it’s restaurants, boutiques, book store, movie theater, bakeries and cafes. There is a little beach and playground in town. From here you can rent kayaks from ipaddlenewyork.com and explore the Esopus Creek and Hudson River.
