Transportation arrangements at arrival and check-out were handled promptly and efficiently, and the driver was very kind and pleasant, which made the transfers even more comfortable. The reception staff, especially Valerie and Camilla, who were exceptional: warm, respectful, attentive, and a pleasure to deal with. Their thoughtful surprise of a bottle of prosecco on my birthday was an over-the-top gesture that we truly appreciated. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and elegantly designed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and super friendly, kind staff who made mornings a pleasure. The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of the Old Town, close to the Christmas market, restaurants, and shops. Just a small note for guests: due to the central Old Town location, taxis stop nearby rather than directly at the hotel. Overall, the staff, service, ambiance, and our entire experience at Relais Le Chevalier were outstanding, and we would gladly return."

"This is a very high class, comfortable hotel. The restaurant is very good and the pool/sauna area is really nice. Staff are super friendly and efficient. Beds are huge and comfortable. The only issue we had was no wardrobe to speak of so we’re not really able to unpack."
