“This hotel was my preferred location up until the last time I booked and paid for a room. After driving 8hr from Toronto to get there, the disgruntled feminine Philipino boy at the front desk told me that there was no reservation for me on his computer. He was still grudgingly upset about me putting him in his place previously for harassing me about parking and so he denied me service out of spite. Aside from that loser, the other staff and services were top notch! They need to fire that racist……

“This used to be my favorite hotel when I went back to my home town. A year ago I stayed there and it was looking rough. The indoor hot tub was no longer working and the outside hot tub was working but the waterfall and creek that ran beside hot tub is no longer functioning. They have let shrubs and flowers that used to line creek get out of control. It looks horrible. Stayed there again last week and nothing is fixed. It smells musty in hall and room. ……

“Everything was fine and we were lucky one room left for an animal as hadn’t called hotel directly about that so my bad! Only thing was had a room where could be a connecting room with door between but this was not the point here and unfortunately the person beside us had TV on loud I assume and sure could hear it which not optimal to go to sleep! Front desk did call them but they didn’t seem to answer so we had to bang on their door and then they did stop (didn’t come out to talk about it- just……

“A little hick up with one room as it was not ready. But the staff was fantastic, helpful, friendly. Detail with cleanliness is always wanted, on that, a dirty towel and floors was not clean. But they are doing improvements and it will be fantastic when completed ”

“Two night stay. The room and bathroom was clean and compact. However, the furniture and decor was dated but functional. There were only 2 hangers in the room to hang clothes. There was lots of drawer space to make up for the lack of hangers. The writing desk area with a small coffee maker is small but functional. You get 2 coffee packs with powdered creamers and sugar for your morning coffee. The room I had seemed to be the worst of the lot. It backs out directly onto the loud A&W Drive-in order……
