“Other than the pictures making this look like a main floor apartment/house and not the basement that it was the place seemed nice enough. Plenty of space but very low ceilings that my boyfriend and brother (over 6ft) complained about. The real problem was the plumbing. At first it was minor, had to turn the shower almost off to get any water cool enough to not hurt you. Then we noticed the smell, we thought maybe the people above us just had interesting cooking habits but when the same smell……
