“It was pretty basic. Ceiling tiles had so rain damage that needed replacing but the room was very clean. The bed was actually the best for my back. Been traveling for a few days now and this bed has been the best.”

“We needed a place to stay that allowed a late arrival (2 am) and wasn't fancy. This motel was just right. ”

“Not much for amenities at the place but all i needed was a place to sleep for the night. That was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever been in. Zachary was a big help.”

“The hotel was ok. The outside is not appealing. I would not stay there again for $90. It wasn’t worth it. There is no breakfast bar type thing, not even, coffee in the morning. I get that it is a motel but, again, $90 is not worth it. The signal on the tv was ok. I will say the beds are super comfortable. So overall, it was ok. It was a quick overnight. But definitely not a $90 overnight stay. ”

“Had a great stay at The Village Motel. Owners were very friendly ,had a problem with the smoke detector in our room and they were very quick in solving the issue. Would definitely stay there again. Conveniently located close to local amenities and Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame. ”

“The room was clean except the toilet seat had sticky stuff on it. It did wash off fine. It was bare bones but worth the cost. It did have a small microwave, mini frig and newer type TV. It was a bit drafty and in the morning I could see light coming from around the door. But the heater kept the room warm. All in all for the price I paid per night was worth it. I would recommend it to someone just looking for a bed and no frills. ”

“Dealing with our host was great. I had to change dates and he was very helpful. The apartment is large with all things needed to cook. I loved the electric fireplace and huge TV in living room. I was mining so the entrance to hang jackets and boots before entering house was fantastic. Plenty of space to lounge and rest. The kitchen was great to cook. I love eating my own food so this is important. All the stores are literally 5 minutes away so you can buy good to cook everyday so it’s Fresh. I……
