Couldn’t have asked for more!

Such a great place to stay!! Avery’s cottage was a great location for walking wherever we wanted but not feel like we were right on top of things. It felt like we were locals being here, and the house itself is so cute and comfortable! The beds were super cozy, the living areas were spacious and everything was clean. The blackout curtains were a great touch for when we wanted to sleep in :) We would 100% stay here again!!

Very nice, well appointed, and convenient. A great place to come back to after hours of shopping and eating. The private back porch is an added plus, especially when it rained. Bed was comfortable for me. Easy on street parking, just be sure to get the parking app and remember to pay for the day when you wake up.

Savannah Charm

This property is truly beautiful and a real gem. Super clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance to all of downtown and perfectly appointed with any items you may need. Our only issue was the parking since we arrived in the evening, which was to be expected in downtown.
