The Belvedere Cottage is a hidden gem in Savannah. It is quiet and cozy with enough room for 2-4 guests. Historic, original wood floor with updated kitchen with full bath & new 1/2 bath.Wonderful outdoor space with a large fountain in the Courtyard. The designated off-street parking space makes this a perfect place to stay in downtown, historic Savannah, Pet friendly for dogs under 40 lbs.

We had a wonderful stay at the Belvedere Cottage! The home was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and truly lived up to its name. It was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The location is unbeatable—just two blocks from Forsyth Park, which made morning walks and outings incredibly easy. The neighborhood felt safe, charming, and quintessentially Savannah.The cottage itself was quiet and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a cozy living space.Communication was seamless, and check-in/check-out were effortless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay near Forsyth Park.

Great Savannah Spot

We enjoyed just a few nights at this rental. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. I really enjoyed the courtyard with the fountain, the assigned parking spot, and the walking distance to Forsyth Park. There wasn't alot of communication with the hosts, but when I did ask them questions, I recieved a timely response, which I appreciated. Would recommend.

A Lovely weekend at the Belvedere Cottage

We were in town for a wedding and the location of this property was perfect. The beds and furniture were really comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms had great amenities. You’re easy walking distance to several restaurants and right next to Forsythe Park. My only issues were having to contact the owner to get the code (it wasn’t automatically sent through VRBO) and having to call her to figure how to get in the house. Kelly was extremely nice and patient while she talked us through getting the door open. Having the parking spot in front and the lovely courtyard really sets this place apart. I’ve stayed in 4 other places in Savannah and I rank this one very highly.

Problem Solved Quickly

Property location (close to Forsyth) was ideal for us. Outside patio with fountain provided a quiet place just to be. Apartment, itself, was comfortable, and provided for all our needs. The only negative was upon arrival the apt. was not yet cleaned. Apparently there was a miscommunication between cleaning personnel and manager. HOWEVER, and most importantly, the situation was handled quickly, and compensation was given for the inconvenience of waiting for it to be cleaned. I would recommend staying at this lovely location.

Charming Brigadere Cottage

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this charming well appointed cottage.. the location is great . It’s within walking distance or the free bus to everything. We enjoyed having our own beautiful courtyard and designated parking space. The bed and couches were comfortable and having two bathrooms was great. The host was very gracious.

Great spot clean and safe !

Enjoyed our week long stay. It was down town in a safe spot near the park. Also has a single spot for parking, and street parking is free if you have other vehicles. Awesome, We would return and stay again in the future. Highly recommend

Great property

Really great stay for friends or small family. The courtyard was a great amenity and the kitchen was fully stocked with what you would need to cook a meal. Excellent location - such an easy walk to Kroger and Forsyth park. The free shuttles were only a couple blocks walk. Downsides were thin wall with the adjoining rental unit (could hear someone coughing and TV past midnight) and somehow a pair of used women's underwear in the bathroom towel rack. The host did a poor job with providing check-in information (insisted the info was in listing - it wasn't) and gave us the wrong code for check-in when I messaged her. But she at least was responsive and answered when we called so we weren't stuck for very long. Would totally stay here again, host just needs to streamline the check-in info.
